No form of anonymization or pseudonymizing is used in connection with employee's personal data.
Employees' personal data are processed in accordance with the Employment Act and are kept under lock under the employment.
After termination of employment, employee data is stored for the period stipulated in the Employment Act.

Customer's personal data is processed according to legal deadlines, such as limitation and bookkeeping act and will be stored in AH's systems or as a paper form under lock if the customer is active.
