• Reagents for Lamp-PCR, isothermal amplification at 65 °C
• Detection by colorimetry: If the RNA sequence of interest is present in the sample, amplification will occur and the solution will be coloured blue at the end of the reaction
• Requires addition of sample (500-0.05 ng RNA/reaction) and primers (not provided)

• BstLF polymerase
• Positive control (Lambda DNA and primer mix)
