The Biosilico and Silicosen caps made from silicone are an excellent alternative to single use caps made from cellulose wadding. These reusable caps are made from silicone and can be easily sterilised in an autoclave or by heat sterilisation. These caps can be used for around 10000 hours and tolerate around 3000 autoclavings.
Premium caps, produced in class 7 white room in compliance with norm EN ISO 14644-1, completed by a PTFE seal, sealed in Stericlin® packaging for sterilising.
The Schott polypropylene cap with tamper-proof ring, for laboratory flask (DIN thread) ISO 4796, ensures the confidentiality of the contents of your flask. To guarantee firm closure of the flask, press the cap until it clicks and the ring will automatically position itself on the base of the glass thread.
