• Microtube with domed cap or flat cap • Thin wall for optimal and uniform heat transfer • Pure polypropylene, very transparent • Certified as free from RNase and DNase • Suitable for all thermal cyclers
Made from pure polypropylene to avoid contaminants or metals (polypropylene mix ensures good transparency, flexibility, robustness, good anti-static characteristics and gas impermeability). High form: the surface is more important, as is the surface of reagents passed during the steam phase (most thermal cyclers are equipped with a heated lid which prevents evaporation and condensation).
• Thin walls for optimal and uniform heat transfer • Pure polypropylene • Certified as free from DNase, RNase and human DNA • Individually available with domed or flat cap • Very transparent • Secure closing system • 6 colours available for identifying different sets
• High quality polypropylene • No additives • Ultrafine walls for rapid heat transfer • Autoclavable • Fully automated production in clean room class 8 according to ISO 14644-1 • Free of RNase, DNase, Human DNA and Endotoxins
• Polyethylene (USP) Microtubes 0,1 ml, for PCR and qPCR • Compatible with Fast PCR protocols • Superior or faster thermal transfer compared to thin-walled polypropylene tubes: increased PCR efficiency (in Fast PCR protocol) • Compatible with most thermocyclers with 0.1 ml tube block
Strips of 8 or 12 microtubes suitable for all thermal cycler brands. "Low Profile": reduces the dead space which eliminates condensation on the side wall of the tube and limits evaporation. Recommended for use with reaction volumes below 20 µl.
• In strip of 8 with strip of 8 domed or flat caps • Excellent transparency and wall thinness • RNase and DNase free • Can be centrifuged at 6000 g • Can be used from -20 °C to 100 °C • Thin wall to facilitate heat transfer
• Strips of 8 or 12 rounded caps to be ordered separately • Ensures complete watertightness during PCR cycles • Prevents cross-contamination • Polypropylene • Fully automated production in clean room class 8 according to ISO 14644-1 • Free of RNase, DNase, Human DNA and Endotoxins
• Strips of 4 tubes 0.1 ml and 4 caps • Transparent polypropylene, free from RNase/DNase/DNA, PCR inhibitors and endotoxins • For low fluorescence background noise • Adapted for ROTOR GENE equipment • Uniformity of temperature and optics
Characteristics of strips of 8 high form tubes: • With frosted labelling area on each end of the strip • Can be used in almost all PCR equipment • The strips are placed in the matrix system (ref. 038718), which enables 96 microplate format tubes to be transported at once • Volume: 0.2 ml • The tubes with optical flat caps are intended for quantitative PCR
• Polypropylene, cannot be autoclaved or centrifuged • Resistant to temperatures from - 80 °C to + 121 °C • Free from RNase/DNase/DNA and PCR inhibitors • Transparent cap
2 versions: • UltraFlux i: Available as low adsorption version 0.1 ml Transparent flat caps, individually attached • UltraFlux z: Strip of 8 transparent flat caps
Characteristics of optical flat caps for real time PCR: • Can also be used for classic thermal cyclers • With glass-like transparent area equivalent to the performance of adhesives for qPCR • Used for strips of high or low form tubes
Characteristics of optical semi-domed caps: • The semi-domed optical caps in strips of 8 are used for qPCR thanks to their optically flat area on top of the cap • Used for strips of high or low form tubes
