ESPACE 151 and ESPACE 331 Air Liquide cryo-containers

Thanks to their stainless steel design, the ESPACE range of containers have optimal thermal performance and allow the storage of large quantities of samples in liquid, gas or dry phase: 2 ml / 5 ml tubes and straws, in racks or in canisters*. The wide neck makes access to the samples much easier.

• All models are equipped as standard with CryoMemo, with automatic regulation of the liquid level in the container

Please note: no cryotube is intended to be immersed directly in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen, but only for storage in the gas phase of nitrogen. If liquid nitrogen were to enter the tube, there would be a risk of explosion due to the pressure generated by the change of nitrogen from the liquid to the gaseous phase when the tubes are removed and/or defrosted.
