PANSERIN is a complete medium, serum-free, ready to use, adapted to the culture of mammalian cells. PANSERIN allows the growth of a large number of cell types, without resorting to additives.
ISF-1 is a chemically defined serum-free medium for the culture of hybridoma cell lines and the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb). Due to the known composition of the serum-free media, there is less variability from batch to batch, which leads to a better comparability of the different experiments. The risk of viral or mycoplasmal contamination is also very low.
Monoclonal antibodies produced in a serum-free medium are easier to purify, saving time in downstream processing. ISF-1 supports cell growth and antibody production without the addition of growth factors. Compared to other serum-free media, ISF-1 is superior in terms of cell growth, viability and productivity.
The use of T-cells in immunotherapy is emerging as a tool in the treatment of cancers and other clinical applications. Corning's serum-free Lymphocyte medium (88-551-M) supports proliferation and activation of lymphocytes (including TIL Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocyte, CIK Cytokine-Induced Killer and NK Natural Killer).
